Is your order process safe and secure? Safe, yes. Secure, not needed. I do not ask for or collect any credit card or financial information as we do not accept credit card payments unless you go through the Google Cart, otherwise follow the payment instructions on the final order page. Why does the price not change after entering a discount code?The price does not change on the form, however the discount price will be reflected on your invoice. You need to subtract the discount manually from your order when making your pre-payment. What types of payment do you accept?I accept payments of cash, check or money order, in us funds only for direct payments. No credit or debit cards (except through Google Cart), PayPal, COD, purchase orders, Western Union or wire transfers. Can I place an order by phone?No. All orders must be pre-paid by cash, check, money order or Google Cart before shipping. You need to send payment with a printed copy of your order on direct payment orders. Follow the instructions on the final order page. What about a cash payment?Yes, I accept cash payments in US currency. When you send cash the risk of loss will be yours. If your order is lost you loose your cash. I recommend you send cash with a delivery confirmation. Also any amount sent over what is due is considered as a tip. I will not send change back with the order. So please sent the exact amount. I want to place an order, but where do I send it?Use the shopping cart to place your order and the last page will give you payment instructions and where to send it for direct payments. If using Google Cart your payment is sent to us electronically I can not get seeds and powders in the cart together, what up with that?There are two different carts, one for the seeds and one for everything else. I'm not a smart enough programer to get one cart to calculate the different shipping rates for seeds and chile powders at the same time. Why is the shipping charge higher than what is posted?You did not select the correct country on the shipping destination page. Use your "Back" button and select the proper ship to country if using the direct payment method. Why are the only payment options cash check and money orders?The average transaction is less than $25. The amount of time it takes to track payments through PayPal or Credit Card purchases is a very time consuming burden. I want to spend my time in the garden, not behind a computer processing orders. How can I make an order if I don't have a printer (direct payment method)?Copy (hand write) ALL the order information of the final page to a sheet of paper and sent with your payment. How long does it take to get my order?Once we receive your order and payment it is processed, usually the same day. You will receive an email confirmation when we get your payment and have processed the order. We make a trip to the post office 2-3 times per week, sometimes every day. Most US addresses get their package within one week or less, depending on where you live. Overseas shipments can take 1-2 weeks or longer to arrive. Can I pay for my order when it arrives, COD?No. All orders must be pre-paid before shipping. How do I make arrangements for fast shipping or insuring my package?Note your special shipping requirements in the comment box (direct payment method) on the final checkout page and we will email you what the extra fee is you need to add to the total. The final Invoice page says shipping $5.00 and Total is $16.50 (direct payment method). Do I add them together for my payment?No. The shipping cost is included in the Total. It just lets us know what the separate shipping charge on that order is when we process it.
