Bishops Crown ~ Also known as Peri-Peri in Barbados. Mild-medium heat level with unusually shaped fruit of 1-1.5 inches long by 2-3 inches wide. Pods matures from light green to orange to red. Tall variety with weeping branches from the heavy fruit.
Start this one early in northern climates very late season fruiting. Space transplants 14 to 16 inches apart in rows 4-5 feet apart. C. baccatuum.
