Red Cherry Pepper plants grow to about 2 1/2 feet. The plant is single stemmed with erect, 1 1/2 - 2 inch round fruit. The leaves are dark green. Plant 16-18 inches apart in rows 2-3 feet apart or in 2 gallon pots. Thick flesh, can be eaten green or red. Very mild heat develops when fully matured (100 to 2,000 Scoville Units). This chile is great for adding a little spark to salads. Mid-late season fruiting, C. annuum.
