Chipotle Chile Powder ~ Thick, red, ripe Jalapenos are traditionally smoked for
long storage and then called Chipotles. When allowed to
fully ripen to a deep red color, they have a very different
flavor form the unripe green ones. Then after slow Hickory
smoke drying, yet another new dimension to the Jalapeno
flavor is added. Very popular. Medium heat with a lot of flavor.
